Alana of Coachingworks, spent more than 10 years consulting and training in the corporate (Anglo American), consulting (Kessel Feinstein Consulting) and retail (Loads of Living) environment where she operated at all levels of management. Alana has consulted to several Internal Audit Departments (Amplats, Rennies Travel, Anglo American Corporation) on risk management, facilitating risk impact assessments of operational and IT areas. She consulted to the IT and Marketing Departments (Loads of Living) in a project management and marketing capacity. For several years, Alana has prepared and presented the IT audit module, basic IT and project management principle courses, for the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA's) learnership and seminar programs.
